There were several aspects that truly impressed me, but the following stood out: However, What truly made my stay exceptional was your remarkable staff. They made me feel like a valued member of a family, rather than just a guest or customer. Particularly, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the reception team, especially Abdulrahman, Mohammed Al-Zahrani, and and the best thanks goes to Reem. Their warmth, attentiveness, and dedication played a significant role in enhancing my happiness and overall satisfaction throughout my stay.

We loved our stay. Large and well-maintained service appartment. Everything was clean, making our stay even better. Everything was in the kitchen, making it feel like home. The staff were really friendly and supportive...clean lobby and rooms ....bath rooms are generally clean....very spacious apartments....nice theme and cheerful ambiance for a furnished apartment... Loved the theme and the decorations....the lobby is nice and comfy..
